We are looking for a Consultant Digitalization Banking (m/f/d)

As of now, location Switzerland, Zug as starting point

What can you expect?

Together with our clients, you will implement innovative digitalisation projects in the areas of client lifecycle management (CLM), digital consulting and other digitalisation paths for financial institutions in Switzerland and German-speaking countries. You are responsible for or accompany our customers in the conception, implementation and rollout (change management) of our digitalisation solutions. Together with our technology partners, you implement complete solutions in an agile manner that allow the end-to-end digitalisation of banking processes.

Your exciting tasks

  • Responsibility for (sub-)projects and leading project teams consisting of bank-internal and external experts
  • Designing and facilitating customer journey workshops to define the customer journey all the way to the back office
  • Conceive and design digital solutions based on our own solutions or those of our technology partners
  • Drawing up requirements and specifications for software solutions
  • Development of digital potential analyses for the creation of business cases
  • Joint further development of twentysecond through the active development of your customer relationships

Your profile

  • Completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable qualification
  • Languages: German and English required, French an advantage
  • Experience in banking and preferably in digitalisation projects
  • Several years of project experience in the context of business & IT projects, digitalisation projects, process optimisations
  • You have an affinity for digitalisation projects and are familiar with the current digitalisation trends in banking
  • You have a high affinity for IT topics and are able to think your way into technology topics
  • You have strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • You have experience in the implementation of agile projects
