Job description

Together with our customers, you will implement innovative digitization projects in the areas of client lifecycle management (CLM), holistic consulting, CRM, and other digitization processes at financial institutions in Switzerland and German-speaking countries. You will be responsible for or support our customers in the design, implementation, and rollout (change management) phases. Your daily tasks will include:

Analysis and optimization of business and sales processes

Conducting research and market analyses

Creating presentations, reports, and decision templates

Working closely with customers and internal, interdisciplinary teams

The focus of the role is in Zug/Zurich, with some home office work possible.

What are you bringing?

Strong analytical and conceptual skills
At least 3-5 years of banking experience or experience in management consulting for banks/insurance companies in similar areas
Expertise in automation, AI, and IT system strategies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Independent, structured approach to work and ability to work in a team
Excellent written and spoken German and English (French is a plus)
Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
