Discussions with corporate customers of banks confirm: They expect digital processes, forms and workflows from their bank to avoid “paperwork” in general and the simplest, fastest possible regulatory processes such as e.g. KYC in particular. In reality, the KYC process is analogous and complex and represents a significant “stumbling block” in the context of corporate customer business. Together with project & solution partners, e.g. kompany®, 22nd designs and implements digital KYC & KYB processes at Austrian regional banks and enables significant efficiency progress on the one hand, and on the other hand a significantly improved customer perception as a bank that recognizes and supports the efficiency and digitization goals of its customers.
We are currently implementing PoCs based on a proven “Know Your Customer” (KYC) platform. Emphasis is placed on the step-by-step integration into the existing system and subsystem universe as well as on ensuring compatibility with regard to security and data security: The PoCs are semi-integrated and can be further developed into the production version without losing the investments made in the PoC. The solution allows many possibilities for further straight through processing – it can be extended towards self-service dashboards for corporate customers.
